VOLUME EIGHT - ISSUE SIX

The first of recital information sheets is currently available. Please be sure to pick up your copy if your child has not handed one to you directly. Included in this first issue are the rehearsal dates and times for both the in studio and PAC rehearsals. Also included is the make-up requirements. The Chaperone’ list for each performance is posted in the studio office. A large number of parents have already signed up to assist with student groups, bout there are still several groups without chaperones. Experience the performance from, "behind the scenes”, as your help is both appreciated and necessary! Thank You!


Recital T-Shirts were so popular last year! We will once again be doing an order. The logo and title is pictured at the right will be on the shirt front. Recital date, student and teachers names- will be on the back. T-Shirt color will be red with white lettering.

Youth and Adult sizes available for
$8.75 incitax
The order will be placed April 4th - Additional orders will not be possible!

 

RECITAL TICKETS ON SALE
If you have not purchased your tickets for the May student performance, “Dance Around America’, it is recommended that you do so as soon as possible. Performance dates and times are: Saturday, May 17 1:30 and 7:00 PM and Sunday, May 18 1:30 and 7:00 PM. Ticket cost is $10.00 for Reserved Seating. You do not buy tickets for the student performers, as we have seating reserved for them. We will exchange tickets, but there are NO REFUNDS!

 

COSTUMES ARE HERE

Costumes, except for a few size exchanges have all arrived. An explanation from where to sew straps, to how to attach trims was explained by the teacher and then described in a note that was sent home with the students, in the weeks following the costume delivery. If your child’s costume requires an explanation, please contact the teacher immediately, not the week before the recital, with your questions.

PLEASE NOTE: As has been mentioned in the prior two newsletters, to help make the perfromance a positive experience for you child, consistent attendance to class is a must! Missed classes hinder their ability to keep up with their classmates. As is studio policy, if a child is unable to attend class, the courtesy of a phone call is welcomed.


Do Not Forget - Picture Day is Saturday, May 3rd at the Studio.

 


SUMMER & FALL REGISTRATION

Registration for Summer and Fall classes will begin the second week of April!
2008-09 Brochures will be available. To assure a space in class, a $7.00 administration fee per student must accompany your registration. Students will be placed in the appropriate level by their instructor.

Third Term Tuition is DUE - APRIL 4 and ALL remaining Balances Due in
Full May 5, 2008!
