STUDIO the week of the dance performances.
PLEASE KEEP THIS NOTICE AND READ CAREFULLY to avoid delays
and confusion!!
NO REGULARLY scheduled
classes are held during the week.
PROMPT ARRIVAL and
GOOD LISTENING
will greatly aid rehearsals.
I do realize that these schedules may not be the most
convenient for some students and parents. Total satisfaction is just not
humanly possible. Please note that we have made every attempt to schedule
younger students earlier in the evening.

Students DO NOT wear their costumes
to the studio rehearsals. It is important,
that
they wear the appropriate dance apparel (leotard, tights) and the
appropriate footwear, for example, if they are to perform in tennis shoes,
they would rehearse in tennis shoes.
Theatrical pink tights and
pink leather ballet slippers are the standard apparel. The bows of the
slippers are to be tucked into the shoe. Elastic is to be sewn on the
slipper, as safety pins can break and cause injuries. Tap, jazz, modern
may have different leg wear requirements. Check with the teacher if you
have any questions!
PLEASE label
costumes, costume parts and shoes with the dancer's name, so if it is
misplaced, we will all know who it belongs to.
DRESS REHEARSAL

REHEARSALS ARE HELD AT THE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER & ARE IN FULL
COSTUME.
We request that
siblings and additional family members not attend the PAC rehearsal
as we have found it to be too noisy and VERY DISTRACTING! Your
understanding will allow us to do our best work with the
dancers!
